Good Cop - Bad Cop

The number of incidensts in the USA between police officers and controlled afroamericans caused the PewResearchCenter to investigate the repercussions on the behaviour of this officers in the aftermath. The results of that survey ( 8000 officers  were involved ) are somewhat surprising.
